應該是從 2013 年年底開始吧？ Google Chrome 上的「新分頁套件」開始颳起一陣以「美麗照片為背景」的設計風潮，從目前我認為看起來仍然最美最有質感的「 Momentum 」 首創了這樣的設計概念，後續開始有很多獲得不同用戶喜愛的優良套件作品誕生：

這股打開瀏覽器就要「看到最美風景」的熱潮（延伸參考：開始美好一天！我的10個 Google Chrome 最佳起步方法 ），似乎連 Google 自己都感受到了！

所以今天要推薦的這個同樣每次打開新分頁都會看到美麗風景的新分頁套件：「 Earth View from Google Maps 」，他的設計者不是別人，正是 Google 地圖團隊，利用 Google 地球上豐富的衛星地圖照片，挑選裡面「最動人」，宛如藝術畫作一般的自然地景，讓我們每一次打開 Chrome 新分頁，都看到不同的地球面貌。


來自 Google 地圖上的真實衛星照片，不過也不是隨便的地球地景，而是有精心挑選過，看起來彷彿藝術作品般的神秘景觀，透過「 Earth View from Google Maps 」，在我們每一次打開 Google Chrome 新分頁時，都能發現一個全新的私藏景點。




而我們只要安裝這款由 Google 地圖團隊打造的 Google Chrome 套件：「 Earth View from Google Maps 」 即可。




如果很想知道這個衛星照片的地點在哪裡，只要點擊右下方的地球。




就會打開 Google 地圖網頁版中的 Google 地球模式，讓我們找到這張美麗自然畫作的所在地。




而點擊左上方的 Apps 按鈕，則會進入我們已經安裝的 Chrome 應用程式清單。

蘋果新iPhone月底前在36個市場開賣

蘋果公司13日宣布，月底前將在全球36個新市場推出iPhone 6，包括中國與南非。

蘋果說，iPhone 6和iPhone 6 Plus月底前將在69個國家和地區開賣，並稱這波新iPhone的上市速度是史上最快。新款iPhone 17日起將在中國、印度與摩納哥發售，下周將在以色列、波蘭、捷克等地推出。

iPhone 6與iPhone 6 Plus上月19日在十國上市，第一個周末便狂銷超過1,000萬支，亞洲需求尤其熱烈，導致賣到缺貨。兩款新iPhone首個周末銷量創下紀錄，更勝去年iPhone 5S和iPhone 5C上市時的900萬支。蘋果20日將公布截至9月底的上季iPhone銷售報告。

陸公安部：新疆懷孕民警遭殺害

（中央社台北13日電）中國大陸公安部「打四黑除四害」專案辦公室今天在微博表示，新疆自治區皮山縣公安局已懷孕的女性民警帕立丹．克熱木在10日中午遇害，但微博沒有說明襲擊者身分與動機。

「@公安部打四黑除四害」在微博上指稱，10日中午在縣城公安局旁老巴紮，帕立丹．克熱木被2名手持利器騎摩托車暴徒殘忍襲殺。

帕立丹．克熱木同僚「@我是女片警丹妞」說，她遇害時，肚?還懷有兩個月的小寶寶。

新疆近年發生的暴力襲擊，政府均稱與疆獨或極端教派有關，海外維吾爾族團體則認為，官方高壓統治才會引發維族反抗。

「人民公安報」報導，2013年大陸警察因公殉職名單顯示，在總共298名犧牲者中，新疆共40人最多。
