台股加權指數經過一波上漲表現，市場多空力道拉鋸轉強，操作及選股難度提高。但在此同時，也有更多投資人選擇以權證當作避險，或是替代現股部位的交易工具，推升權證占大盤交易比重屢屢突破3%。

股王大立光（3008）日前創下1,990元的歷史新天價，帶動其他高價電子股如，股后漢微科（3568）等高價電子股表現，帶領大盤向上攻堅，受現股行情帶動，權證市場交投持續熱絡。權證造市券商也發現，投資人透過權證參與高價股行情比例明顯提升，激勵近期權證市場日均量穩定維持在30億元以上的歷史高水位區，且占大盤的成交比重也多次站上3%以上，屢創新高。

權證交易量占大盤成交比重持續提高，可從權證發行券商、投資人二個面向來解讀。對權證造市券商來說，權證交投熱絡，基本上有利權證發行券商獲利，但是，從權證交投更趨熱絡中，也浮現一些盲點，衝擊到造市券商的獲利水準。

就投資人角度出發，權證除可當作現貨避險工具，更因台股今年以來端出亮麗漲勢，吸聚市場人氣，有更多投資人將權證拿來代替現股，權證投資人一方面享受槓桿效益較高的優勢，也可在台股多空交戰時，先減少投入市場的本金，降低資金曝險部位。

權證發行券商方面，交投熱絡的好處是權證商品創造的營收、獲利增加。不過，部分中小型股連結權證不多，現股成交量也不大，就出現部分投資人鎖定為數不多的認購權證進場掃貨，並因此同步拉抬現股價格情況。

發行券商除必須為應付權證被大買，趕緊在現貨市場買進現股外，有時還會面臨投資人抗議權證價格未跟上現股、鋪單不積極等質疑；為了不讓權證價差過大，券商只得趕快鋪單造市，加碼買進現股。權證發行券商就透露，當出現這種「券商被吃豆腐」現象時，券商在該檔權證上常常無法弭平避險成本，甚至出現虧損。

已知德國DB，除了 ICE Sprinter 需強制訂位，
另外，跨國火車通常容易客滿，也最好先訂位。

如果我們要從法蘭克福搭 ICE 到瑞士Basel，這段路屬於ICE Sprinter嗎？

因案被停職的南投縣長李朝卿日前在上百位支持者陪同下，北上向內政部申請復職。李朝卿今天表示，已收到內政部正式回函，不同意他復職。李朝卿表示，對內政部做法感到遺憾和不平，他將於本周向行政院提出訴願，繼續爭取復職機會。

李朝卿說，近年來，台灣社會出現那麼多民眾不滿的抗議聲浪，就是中央政府不依法行政，讓民眾無所適從；內政部之前任意停止他的縣長職務，嚴重違法違憲，不但讓行政干預司法，更踐踏民主法治。
