漲學費，政治大學開國立大學第一槍，5月將開公聽會和學生溝通漲幅。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，政大傾向調漲學費，大學部和碩士班都調漲，預計5月開公聽會，6月中旬經校務會議通過後，送教育部審核，但漲幅未定。台大和成大日前則表態，暫時無調漲學費的打算。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）

台鐵編號655車次莒光號列車，於今(1)日上午6時56分開抵新竹火車站時，第5節車廂突然起火，列車立即停駛並將民眾疏散。

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，該列車在抵達新竹站時，疑似車軸過熱導致第5車廂起火冒煙，意外發生當時，台鐵緊急疏散旅客，安排旅客更換車廂或改搭其他班次，並無人員傷亡

不鏽鋼原料鎳價驚驚漲，國際各大鋼廠不得不更謹慎規劃產銷，不鏽鋼大廠燁聯率先衝出5月300系鋼板／捲每公噸新台幣6500元的罕見價漲，外銷同步勁揚，唐榮下午開盤。

不鏽鋼最直接的原料國際鎳價，從3月起一路上揚，3月每公噸均價1萬5656美元，4月每公噸均價近1.8萬美元，漲幅至少15%，各大不鏽鋼廠從4月起連續兩個月調漲各式產品價。

燁聯5月的300系不鏽鋼捲／板產品每公噸調漲6500元；400系不鏽鋼捲／板產品維持平盤；外銷的各式不鏽鋼捲／板產品每公噸調漲220美元到250美元。

燁聯指出，終端用戶需求因流通行情提升，持續回補庫存，國際各大鋼廠也因原料價格大幅上漲，不得不採取更謹慎的產銷規劃，因應當前料源緊張局面。

燁聯考量整體市場狀況，生產成本快速提高及為照顧長期客戶需求等因素，決定先行反映部分成本增幅。

唐榮預定下午開出5月盤價。唐榮表示，漲價免不了，但漲幅多寡還要細算；目前印尼仍禁止紅土鎳出口，佔全球鎳產量30%到40%的俄羅斯因與烏克蘭之間爭議不斷，俄幣貶值影響經濟活動，也連帶影響出口鎳價，因此國際鎳價2個多月以來在高檔盤旋。
