各界關心中國大陸近來經濟狀況。對此，台經院今天表示，就外貿而言，中國大陸累計1至2月出口為3212.3億美元，年成長為-1.6%，進口為3123.5億美元，成長率為10.0%，進出口相抵，順差88.8億美元，表現平穩。

不過，台經院也提醒，像2013年年初，中港貿易套利行為盛行，出口金額浮報，直到5月中國大陸官方遏制後進出口才回到原形，得注意今年上半年中國前半年貿易成長率是否會有失真情況。

台經院指出，雖然中國大陸經濟表現疲弱，但中國人民銀行在農曆春節後持續回籠市場資金，今年2月至3月中旬，中國人行已經進行10次正回購，不過近期公開市場操作規模不大，市場利率表現平穩。

另在物價方面，2月消費者物價漲幅為2.0%，較1月下滑0.5個百分點，而生產者物價下滑2.0%，呈現連續負成長的趨勢，顯示製造業仍面臨產能過剩壓力，加上連續下跌的PMI數據，將不利中國大陸第一季經濟表現。

一名體格壯碩的潘姓男子因缺錢花用，便把腦筋動到計程車司機上，潘男打電話叫車後，從新北市搭乘林姓計程車司機的車前往新竹，見林男體型瘦弱便起意搶劫，途中先佯稱要到桃園大溪，抵達後卻又說要拜訪好友轉往桃園、中壢等地，一路更改5個目的，最後到達新竹市。
 
到達新竹市後，潘男又佯稱要休息住宿，要求林將車開進汽車旅館後，從後座用手勒住林男脖子，林姓駕駛趁亂逃下車，潘男卻跳上駕駛座將計程車開走，搶走計程車及現金１萬５千元財物。
 
新竹地方法院判決書指出，潘男（詐欺、槍砲等前科）身高177公分、體重93公斤，見林姓駕駛身高僅160公分，體重58公斤，體型弱小。竟以大欺小，強搶瘦弱、年紀較長的林姓司機，潘到案後坦承犯行，與原告達成民事和解，賠償3萬元，但仍造成林姓駕駛身心受創，且強搶計程車為破壞社會治安行為，依強盜罪判刑5年10個月。（侯力元／新竹報導）

國內首創提醒愛滋病人用藥的健康管理APP，可助患者有效控制體內病毒量，降低感染風險。該程式日前上架，已有3千多人下載使用。

依據疾病管制署統計，去年底國內存活的愛滋感染者共2萬2304人，服藥人數為1萬4983人，而在不規則服藥者中，體內測到病毒的機會比規則服藥者高出6.6倍，因感染而住院的風險比規則服藥者高出2.5倍。

台灣露德協會在疾病管制署等單位協助下，研發這款健康管理APP，其提供「服藥提醒」、「用藥歷程」、「回診／檢驗提醒」、「照護資訊」、「副作用紀錄」、「檢驗報告」等功能，並設定密碼機制，為愛滋感染者的健康及隱私把關。（邱俊吉／台北報導）

日本來台後實施鴉片專賣制度，其中有兩重要的原因，專賣鴉片有稅收有利潤，是政府的一大收入，另外一個是政治因素，專賣制度可製造數以萬計的「御用紳士」供其驅使。須經總督府選擇批准其承銷商及零售商，這絕不虧本的生意變成台灣人鑽營的對象。以後又把鴉片部分收益充作保正(里長)的慰勞金，使他們成為享有特權者，總督府更可控制社會各階層。…
