※ 引述《hsuan0317 (hsuan0317)》之銘言： : 補充 : 已幫朋友詢問保險公司 : 一切交由保險公司處理 : 車子和人員保險公司都會負責 : 車主不用再出面 : 謝謝大家的熱心回應 : 希望能順利處理 : ----------------------------------------- : 朋友的車停紅燈時靜止時被後車被撞 : 後保桿及內部倒車顯影毀損 要板金和烤漆 : 警察馬上就趕到進行事故處理拍照 : 但是對方沒保險 自己是丙式 : 還說自己有認識私人保養廠比較便宜 : 但是我車子是兩年的車而且都在原廠處理 : 對方私下一直說要帶自己的技師來原廠看看 已爬文 也參考了一下Mobile01上『好一個昂貴的輕微碰撞』系列文 (http://www.mobile01.com/topicdetail.php?f=261&t=1898767&p=1) 但在此還是有些疑問 藉由這篇一年前的文章回文 煩請板上各位鍵盤專家協助解疑。 受害者:在下剛牽一個多月的牛頭牌新車 肇事者:後面L牌的車 狀況: 12/28(週六)於市區路段走走停停， 時速大概到5km/h又慢慢停下來時，就被候車追撞了。 損害情況: 保險桿被對方前方車牌上的螺絲頂出一個凹陷和突起 事後處理: 1. 對方一下車說他直接賠我 但我是新車，也保有乙式全險，況且我也不懂車，所以直接報警。 2. 12/30(週一)牽回T牌原廠，報出險。 3. 12/31(週二)產險公司聯絡我，問一下狀況後，說他會跟肇事者聯絡。 幾個小時後，對方打電話給我， 他說他只有強制險，沒保其他險種。 一開始要求我要去他認識的車廠， 之後退讓說責任他會負，他說他願意賠，即使我牽到原廠他也就認了， 但是保險公司跟他說要直接換新的保險桿，他就不能接受， 他說他看過車損狀況，只要保險桿鈑金和烤漆處理一下就可以。 他說我不能要求換新的保險桿。 若是要換新的保險桿的話，他就出維修的錢，剩下的需我自己貼。 我只能回應， 我沒做任何要求，只是交給原廠和保險公司協助處理。 因為對話沒交集，便找個理由趕快結束此次對話。 之後詢問買這台車的汽車業務該如何處理， 業務的答案也是很明確: 『別理他! 交給保險公司處理就好。』 4. 就我的立場，新車又保乙式全險， 當然是修到好，誰希望一個多月的新車就落漆呢? 我就是不懂車，才乖乖地買新車 + 乙式全險 維修廠建議如何處理，就該依照他們的建議處理， 雖然有人說把鈑金弄平回去即可， 但網路上也有文章說保險桿即使輕微碰撞，可能就不密合。 都花這麼多錢了，為何要接受一個打折的服務呢? 5. 1/2(週四)原廠通知 保險公司已審核完畢可維修 而原廠評估是換整個保險桿，需3個工作天。 目前想請教各位鍵盤專家的是: 1. 若是肇事者再打電話給我 可以不接他的電話嗎? 反正我都交給保險公司處理 有所謂的代位求償 不須自己出面了 但實在很怕被電話騷擾啊.. 準備要設封鎖電話了 2. 我準備牽車去原廠維修了 我看了多數的出險文章 都是說牽車去修好 剩下的事都是保險公司的事了。 但話說回來, mobile01上也有大大主張， 『肇事者只需就損毀部份還原即可~ 需經肇事者和甲方同意修復!才可進行復原工程 除非肇事者不出面解決~得甲方有優先處理權''再向肇事者進行求償!!』 (原文: http://www.mobile01.com/topicdetail.php?f=261&t=1898767&p=5) 照此看法 就須雙方一起會勘車輛 或者需要配合將車開去對方要求的車場處理。 而若有需要換保險桿的，也可能被殺價成鈑金處理 所以我目前的心得是: (1) 若是受害者"有"車體險，肇事者無保險 → 報出險、回原廠維修， 車修好久好，剩下的代位求償無困擾。 (2) 若是受害者"無"車體險，肇事者無保險 → 得雙方自己談和解 有時還得配合對方的要求，將車開去對方要求的車場處理 不能自己先去把車修好? 這樣兩點心得是對的嗎? 謝謝! -- 交通事故後的感想就是 保險還是很重要 看來至少還是要加保第三責任險和丙式! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.93.11

敝人不得已辦了eTag
之前一直正常使用App, 稍早才從媒體得知遠通已經更新App, iOS卻不能自動更新
只好手動上App Store手動下載更新, 更新後卻發現
一啟動App, 就卡住了一直Lag, 無法使用(清晨5:00多的離峰時間)
遠通的系統出問題就算了, 一查卻不沒提供0800服務電話

【蔡明樺／台北報導】國內第2例境外移入的H7N9禽流感確診病例，衛福部疾病管制署採集3名與86歲男性患者有過密切接觸的醫護人員檢體送驗，今結果出爐，H7N9檢驗呈陰性反應，另患者的2名女兒和導遊共3人雖無咳嗽等呼吸道症狀，疾管署仍採檢送驗，結果也是陰性反應，上述6名與患者有過密切接觸的人員，均排除染H7N9。

曾與感染H7N9陸客接觸的3名醫護人員，今確定未被感染。圖為機場篩檢的資料照片

【大紀元2014年01月02日訊】（大紀元記者文遠西雅圖編譯報導）根據人口普查局（Census Bureau）週一（12月30日）的消息，華盛頓州2013年的人口總數為6,971,406人。和2010年的普查結果比較，華州人口增加了3.7%，增長速度在全美50個州中排名第七。

如果從人口總數來看，華盛頓州排名第13，和上次普查結果一樣。如果華州人口按照目前的速度增長，到明年這個時候，華州人口將突破700萬。

自從2010年以來，全美49個州的人口都有所增加。只有羅得島（Rhode Island）的人口變少。增長最快的北達科他州（ North Dakota）人口增加了7.6%。但同時北達科他州也是人口最少的第三個州，人口總數隻有72萬多一點。

英國電訊報報導，三星電子(Samsung Electronics Co.)將在2014年拉斯維加斯消費電子展(CES；1月7-10日)發表多款大型公共顯示器，包括「互動白板(Interactive White Board；IWB)」以及全球最大、95吋LED顯示器。報導指出，三星IWB擁有觸控功能、適合應用在商用、教育場合，僅需一台個人電腦便可進行操作。

三星目前擁有26.4%的大尺寸顯示器市場佔有率，過去數季三星持續擴大與Panasonic等競爭對手的差距。NPD DisplaySearch指出，2014年全球公共顯示市場預估可望成長19%，主要是受惠於6月將豋場的巴西世足賽(註：預估可望帶動拉丁美洲市場成長41%)。

除了大型公共顯示器以外，三星也可望推出大尺寸平板。BGR引述@evleaks報導，美國AT&T已同意推出三星12.2吋Galaxy Note Pro。

Yonhap News 1日引述Chaebol.com報導，去(2013)年三星電子董事長李健熙名下持股市值雖縮減5.6%，但他仍連續第4年高居南韓首富、截至12月31日為止總額達11.3兆韓圜(108億美元)。

三星電子2013年下跌9.86%、為2008年以來首度收低。三星電子歷史最高價出現在2013年1月3日(1,584,000韓圜)。
