Mr. 拉麵 （台南店） 台南市東區勝利路54-1號 (06) 208-9655 ------------------------- 完整圖文 http://skywindcloud.pixnet.net/blog/post/39331681 聽朋友說，台南又開了一間拉麵店，覺得還不差，約介於花月嵐、京正拉麵間，推薦葉子 去吃看看。好貝！店位於果子餅乾附近（虧葉子還常跑去喝果汁，都沒注意路上有新店） ，那就先吃碗拉麵，再來杯果汁囉～ Mr. 拉麵‧台南店：位於波哥旁邊的新拉麵店，由台北南下開的分店，瞧著網路資訊，除 了是日本老闆外，是打著$99平價拉麵起家的。店內，除了吧台座位外，還有一般位置， 翻桌率頗快，葉子入內吃，剛好接近客滿，開始品嚐時，那一波人潮恰好離開，食得順利 的初訪 http://0rz.tw/MocfQ http://0rz.tw/Oij8D 瞧著menu，最後還是選擇這款有霸氣（限量）的拉麵 炙燒叉燒拉麵！BTW，湯頭鹹度、麵 條軟硬可客製化選擇，還可加麵喲 http://0rz.tw/NvOpe 有先看到牆上的介紹，是特製的不鏽鋼碗，可保溫且不燙手，但外觀質感還是逃不過其冰 冷fu。回歸拉麵本身，除了蔥花、海帶、筍乾、糖心蛋外，那一厚片炙燒的叉燒肉，真得 有暴力一下 http://0rz.tw/YPILG 主配角（炙燒叉燒）可就爭氣些，那側緣炙燒與內層軟嫩的層疊碳燒口感滋味，的確好味 ；但吃到後頭，裡層的肥瘦部位，略有些許腥味，再者，會膩口。湯頭部分，雖然葉子選 擇最重，但其重度，大概比京正拉麵重一些，也順口些。麵條部分，葉子選擇"硬"，Q彈 有咬勁，整碗完食後，麵條是讓葉子映象最深的，有合葉子胃口 http://0rz.tw/nyFYs 葉子：「很高興，台南又多了一間拉麵店，初訪Mr.拉麵，炙燒叉燒拉麵的湯頭與麵條的 融合感足夠，鹹度與京正拉麵處於伯仲之間，而那塊炙燒厚切叉燒，雖然內層有些許腥味 與膩口，但側緣炙燒與內層軟嫩的層疊碳燒口感，算是美味！整體而言，先定位為輕鬆食 的拉麵店（如京正拉麵、花月嵐般），有空再回訪其它口味～」 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.12.133.17

（中央社記者鄭景雯台北8日電）「圓明園特展」日前在聯合國教科文組織主辦的2013世界數位文化遺產論壇中，獲選全球五大經典範例，將台灣文創揚名國際。

文化部所屬國立國父紀念館與台灣數位文創企業頑石創意共同策劃的「三山五園文化全球巡展─圓明園特展」，讓數位內容與科技產業深度結合，將創新的文化內容與最新的科技結合。

「三山五園文化全球巡展─圓明園特展」日前在聯合國教科文組織UNESCO所主辦的2013世界數位文化遺產論壇(2013 Digital Heritage)中，從全世界70個國家、600多個案例中脫穎而出，獲選全球五大經典範例，成功將台灣的文化創意與頂尖科技揚名國際。

2013世界數位文化遺產論壇，邀請全球博物館界、文化資產界、學術界及科技產業等專業人士，針對世界文化遺產數位化議題，進行不同主題專業領域的交流與探討。

經過全球超過150位專家委員進行篩選與審查，頑石創意總經理林芳吟受邀以「亞洲藝術的當代數位科技詮釋：圓明園—大清皇帝最美的夢」為題，分享今年7月在國父紀念館所舉辦的圓明園特展研究與成果。

參與的評審表示，頑石創意以跨國性的完整史料研究為基礎，融合創新性及教育性的數位科技呈現，以開創的數位展示科技及詮釋，讓歷史脈絡的重現和文化遺產的數位重建，經評審一致認同，獲選「數位詮釋與重建」全球五大經典案例。

通過審查的全球精選案例，除了由大會發表案例成果，並與著名的電機電子工程師學會IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers)合作，將成果對外公布，開放給大眾存取及學習。1021208
