被動元件大廠禾伸堂(3026-TW)佈局生技領域，效益也開始浮現，集團旗下禾伸堂生技(4194-TW)送件申請登錄興櫃。禾伸堂生技資本額6.06億元，以醫療器材代理銷售、炎性腸道疾病藥品研發銷售，均以內銷市場為主。

禾伸堂生技為中、日合資，禾伸堂透過旗下投資公司有禾投資，投資禾伸堂生技30.6%，而禾伸堂持股有禾投資的比重為57.69%。

禾伸堂生技2012年營收為3091萬元，虧損4319萬元，每股稅後虧損1.63元。

法人預估，禾伸堂生技在今年底前正式登錄興櫃交易後，將進行轉上市櫃相關申請，最快明年有機會轉為上市櫃掛牌。

【大紀元2013年12月04日訊】梁文音的新歌《分手後不要做朋友》在上個月中於台灣各大數位平台推出，立刻空降包括iTunes等各大排行榜冠軍，歌詞版MV在YouTube上線不到10天，也突破1百萬人次的點閱率，得知這些好成績，梁文音開心的表示，「很珍惜每次能用音樂和大家談心。」

梁文音不忘感謝唱片公司和所有合作的單位及老師們，也謝謝大家的喜愛，「這不只成為我的動力，更是我唱歌時字裡行間的氧氣。」由於有許多歌迷反應希望擁有這幾首歌的實體專輯，唱片公司決定推出梁文音《分手後不要做朋友》EP。

《分手後不要做朋友》同時也被偶像劇《回到愛以前》挑選為片尾曲，另外還有偶像劇《愛上巧克力》插曲《我們》、與師兄孫耀威合唱《女王的誕生》插曲《幸福的忘記》的兩首新歌，也一併收錄其中。而梁文音明年1月4日將在台北河岸留言西門紅樓展演館舉辦演唱會，12月5日中午開始將在限定的售票網預購。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】王力宏婚後首度現身，美國時間3日在紐約時報廣場(Time square)為宏達電拍攝微電影，首度公開談結婚心情，幸福洋溢，但對妻子李靚蕾遭起底等負評及報導，他駁斥，「不是真的，所以不必太理會」。

《TVBS》報導，談到新婚一周的心情，王力宏回應，「非常非常地開心、很幸福」，也提到「最近有一些不實的報導，或是一些傳言」、「反正不是真的，因為不是真的，所以我也不會太理會，最主要是要謝謝歌迷及媒體朋友的祝福」、「現在很開心、我很幸福」。

宣布婚訊之前是否感到壓力或緊張，他說，「其實不會，因為我覺得這是非常好的事情，而且健康的事情，像我一邊講，太陽就出來了！」
