圖文完整版： http://wildflower.pixnet.net/blog/post/29381789 由艾瑞克巴納(Eric Bana)與蕾貝卡霍爾(Rebecca Hall)主演的「全面鎖定」， 在調性上算是介於一般懸疑動作片與「諜影行動」那種幾乎都在講話的諜報片 之間，它有一小部分追逐戲，但大部份時候片中人都在說話。本片有許多轉折 與鋪陳增添懸疑氣氛，劇情雖有不少老套之處，但仍一路有些小驚喜，可以算 是好壞參半的作品吧。 劇情描述在倫敦發生一件疑似恐怖攻擊的爆炸案發生後，抓到嫌疑犯Erdogan， 由於有些證據涉及政府機密，除了Erdogan原本的律師以外，政府另指定 Claudia﹝蕾貝卡霍爾﹞擔任代訟人(special advocate)，代表嫌疑犯擔任非公 開法庭的辯護律師，這些機密資料只有Claudia能看，嫌疑犯自己以及他的律師 團都無權閱覽。在Erdogan的原律師自殺後，接替的律師Martin﹝艾瑞克巴納﹞ ，卻恰巧是Claudia的前男友，由於此案是兩人職涯好機會，都不願因避嫌而放 棄，因此他們選擇對外隱瞞過去戀情。然而隨著線索浮出檯面，一切似乎不單 純，當事人們好像也被亦步亦趨監視監聽、並陷入危機之中... 「全面鎖定」基本上該有的都有，男女主角吸引人，配角素質高，劇情快速不 拖戲，該有的轉折也都有，但有一些缺點令它無法成為真正的佳片。例如本片 開頭，用多部監視器畫面拼成爆炸案現場的實況，它是一段令人期待提高的開 場，畫面上很美很震撼，在劇情上也讓人以為本片會對倫敦多到爆炸的監視器 有什麼獨到的觀點，或至少監視器會成為主題之一，但後面的發展並沒有到那 樣的高度；片名雖是"Closed Circuit" (閉路電視)，但除開頭以外，沒再探討 ，它的重點是放在後反恐時代政府濫用權力殺人的問題，所以如果你看了片名 與海報，或是看了電影開頭幾分鐘，以為這是部探討目前頗搭配台灣時事的的 監聽監視與私人隱私問題，或是類似「全民公敵」(Enemy of the State)那類 的片，大概會有點失望。 ***下有小雷*** 本片結尾也有些失敗，我盡量不想爆雷，所以模糊地說，結局收尾屬乾淨、正 常，但是太平凡草率了，個人倒覺得來個憤世嫉俗點的結論可能會更棒更震撼 ，畢竟在真實世界裡，政治圈中惡人得道是很常見很無奈的事，本片前面把陰 謀論發展到極致後，卻用幾句話帶過天理昭昭法網恢恢的結論，顯得太懶惰且 沒有氣勢，如果只想用幾句話就把電影收尾的話，不如來個比較有突破的安排 。不過，我倒是很高興看到本片的男女主角沒有一路正義魔人下去，他們...比 較像一般正常人，會怕、會想認輸、會想直接投降來保有正常的工作與生活， 這在目前懸疑動作片中英雄人物充斥的狀態下，還真是一股清流。 主角部分演出還算稱職，但本片並沒有特別可讓兩人發揮之處，想看蕾貝卡霍 爾演技的還不如去看BBC與HBO合作的迷你影集"Parade's End"，裡面還有「新 世紀福爾摩斯」的主角Benedict Cumberbatch哩。雖然故事發展焦點都在男女 主角上，但「全面鎖定」幾個小角色都不錯，例如Jim Broadbent與Ciaran Hinds，尤其前者的表現真是一大亮點，真希望他戲份再多些。不過Julia Stiles在此演個無趣角色，根本不知編劇為何需要安插個突兀又沒有好好發揮 的角色呢？是希望至少找個美國演員來激勵一下美國票房嗎？Julia Stiles真 的太久沒拿到能發揮她天份的大螢幕角色了，希望她繼續加油了。 「全面鎖定」做為一部秋季懸疑小品電影，算是合格的，只不過並不夠突出， 不是能令人記憶深刻的佳作。 -- 我的部落格 http://wildflower.pixnet.net/blog FB粉絲團 https://www.facebook.com/LizzyFilmChat -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.225.52.176

大陸國務院總理李克強應邀在中國工會第十六次全國代表大會發表經濟形勢報告時，用「騎自行車」來比喻中國大陸經濟的發展方向。

他表示，「穩」不意味著不動，不動就會像騎自行車，會摔下來，所以我們要穩中求進，穩中有為。

李克強並解釋中國大陸在面臨經濟下滑壓力時所做的選擇：一種是擴大赤字，增加貨幣供應量，但這樣做今後可能有副作用。第二種是堅持不擴大赤字，不再超增發貨幣，貨幣政策既不放鬆也不收緊。保持定力，穩定政策。
