【廖珮君／台北報導】金管會主委曾銘宗說，中小企業建議股票面額10元取消，可讓新創事業彈性更大，金管會已充分研議，也請證交所和櫃買中心研究，預定年底前完成。
曾銘宗今晚出席2013年國際保險監理官協會IAIS晚宴時，表示現在外資來台掛牌已經沒有面額，未來會向投資人宣導。他說，現在股票面額有下限是10元，以後沒有下限，但還是有面額，只是讓他更具彈性，讓一些新創事業可以折價發行，可以取得更多資金。

麥可傑克遜私人靈媒 成功預測自己死期

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】已故「流行樂天王」麥可傑克遜(Michael Jackson)生前的私人靈媒蓮恩(Jillian Lane)，年初證實罹患肝病，她在一知道自己病情時就告訴身邊親友，這次逃不過了。蓮恩果然在上周病逝，終年53歲。 蓮恩原本在美國洛杉磯一間醫院住院6星期，突然要求返回英國度過剩下的日子。蓮恩的朋友表示，大家在聽到她的預言後，都希望這次她會出錯，也形容她的死是悲劇。蓮恩與麥可相識在1997年麥可傑克遜英國倫敦巡迴演出，當時麥可致電蓮恩，希望她幫忙預視自己的未來，蓮恩成功取得他的信任，由英國威爾斯搬到美國洛杉磯， 擔任他的私人靈媒，提供諮詢服務。蓮恩曾聲稱，自己已經是當地首屈一指的名人靈媒。蓮恩已經在周四(17日)於家鄉安葬。

公司的沙發椅壞掉了 爬文 沙發 跟google都沒有看到附近有修理的 (連黃頁的都好遠 不是高雄市區就是仁武) 所以上來請教有沒有這附近的人 知道哪裡可以修理沙發的 感謝!!!
