國民黨九月政爭後，行政院長江宜樺六度立院報告受阻，今天第七度到立法院，原訂10點進行施政報告，但由於民進黨關閉朝野協商大門，一直延到11點50分江宜樺終於上台報告。

江揆上台前，先向主席王金平鞠躬，稱王院長，王金平微笑以對，國民黨立委掌聲歡迎，民進黨立委在江揆報告前，就集體退席抗議，台聯則有三立委在旁舉牌抗議，江揆不受影響，在台上就監聽制度進行報告。

【聯合晚報／記者蔡佩芳╱即時報導】 六度遭阻之後，行政院長江宜樺今日終於上台進行施政報告。因今日院會議程要處理的報告事項多達逾300案，江宜樺約在11時50分才上台，上台前先深深向立法院長王金平一鞠躬。

江揆剛一上台，台聯立委三人隨即拿著寫有「監聽國會無法無天」、「服貿協議＝黑箱協議」、「台電漲價無理立即撤銷公告」等抗議看板，衝到台前，國民黨數名立委原本試圖勸阻，並強調讓江揆報告是朝野共識，但台聯立委堅不撤退。

因舉牌未妨礙報告進行，國民黨立委最後都退回座位，雙方並未爆發肢體衝突。

【張貴翔／新北報導】日本沖繩知花青年會太鼓團一行30餘人，在台北演奏家聯盟總監周恭平促成之下，今天下午2時許到新北市新莊區丹鳳國小演出，在校師生600多人齊聚欣賞。周恭平表示，由於今年7月「新北市原住民族兒童合唱團」及丹鳳國小的長笛樂團，有前往日本沖繩參加「2013琉、臺交流音樂會」，所以利用這次太鼓團應邀來台演出機會，特別前往新莊丹鳳國小進行交流。
 
丹鳳國小校長趙家誌表示，感謝周總監讓小朋友可以不用出國，就可以體驗及了解到不同國家的藝術、音樂文化；也藉由此次交流，也可以與別的國家建立良好友誼關係與交流，「實在是很難得的經驗」。

圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/38286149 時間：2013/10 在上星期出國前便發現了這家店，無奈因為出國在即，沒有時間前來嘗試。 等到從港澳五天的大魚大肉回來後，深感不安，在香港澳門吃了這麼多，回 到台灣後，也應該吃點清淡的養生一下吧！因此下班之後，直奔中和的二男 吃碗海鮮丼，撫慰一下油膩的腸胃。 二男小家料理的位置在環球購物中心附近，距離板橋也挺近的，是家新開的 小店，雖然開幕沒多久，可是在附近已經小有名氣，晚上六點不到，一樓吧 台已經坐滿了客人。幸好二樓還有位子，才不致於候位等待。 不過一樓和二樓的氣氛完全不同，一樓是明亮的吧台，二樓則是暈黃的日式 木製風格，比較起來我還是比較喜歡坐一樓吧台。 餐點則是以丼飯為主，也有握壽司，其實蠻多樣化的。另外他的丼飯讓人覺 得有點瞞著爹三店的影子，不過價格便宜了許多。菜單上的各種丼飯都有註 明使用了哪些食材，這點是極好的，讓人一目了然。 荒海散壽司丼＄280＋蟹腳＄50 這道荒海散壽司丼在瞞著爹三店也有，因為吃過，所以倍感親切便點了這道 。此外，服務員說今天只要加五十元便能加購蟹腳，既然如此就加一份吧。 送上來的丼飯上擺著兩隻大蟹腳，把底下的魚料都給蓋住了。蟹腳僅把殼稍 微敲開了些，所以還得自己把殼掰破，食用起來比較不方便，如果師傅可以 順道把殼去掉，只剩蟹腳肉的話，相信會更貼心。雖然吃起來麻煩，不過蟹 腳肉的確是多汁清甜，相當不錯的品質。 吃完蟹腳，見到底下的丼飯，魚料計有一片花枝和胭脂蝦，花枝彈嫩，相當 地甜，品質很好。胭脂蝦黏滑，滋味也甜，可比牡丹蝦來說還是遜色一些。 除了這兩個完整魚料之外，其餘的魚料如鮭魚、旗魚、海鱺等都切成小片處 理，搭配鮭魚卵以及切成小方塊的山藥、蘋果與小黃瓜。因為上述三樣小方 塊食材，所以整碗丼飯吃起來反而滿滿是爽脆的口感，魚肉的軟嫩口感容易 被忽略。搭配的是微溫的醋飯，已經加了些醬油調味，不需再加醬油。米粒 偏濕軟，黏性比較大一些，魚料則都頗為新鮮甜嫩。以這個價位來說，可說 是料好實在，經濟實惠，可說是低價版的瞞著爹三店吧。 二男ほんかく小家料理 地址：新北市中和區中山路三段60號 電話：02-82275280 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.8.233 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 ShuangHe 10/17 19:26
