【陳培煌／台北報導】三軍儀隊槍法一向是國慶大會中最吸睛表演項目，今年除基本及進階槍法呈現，更挑戰2項高難度槍法，一是槍頸部的拉抛槍，另一項則是6米長距離雙人對抛，儀隊完美的槍法表演贏得現場賓客與民眾熱烈掌聲。

國防部表示，6米長距離雙人對抛需要操作者彼此的默契及信任才能成功，因失敗率極高，目前全世界只有美軍及我國儀隊能公開展此高難度槍法，國軍三軍儀隊以6組12人同時操作此高難度動作，非常不容易。為挑戰此高難度抛槍，儀隊特別挑選3年以上操槍資歷隊員，經過4個月密集訓練，才能呈現在國人面前。

三軍樂儀隊今年特別以「地球村」為主題，結合世界各國樂儀隊的歌曲與隊形，並融合中華民國特色，排列出最國際化也最獨一無二的操演，恭祝中華民國生日快樂。

威而鋼只對七成性功能障礙者有效

　 　　　　衛生署尚未核准合法進口，但已掀起全球藍色風暴的「威而剛」，黑市價格扶搖直上，許多男性迷信它的藍色魅力、蠢蠢欲動，醫師建議民眾「威而剛」並非「所向無敵」，還是要用對人，即使無法用上的，仍可藉重人工陰莖植入術重振雄風。

　深藍色顆粒、宛若花生米大小的ＶＩＡＧＲＡ（威而剛）問世之後，透過媒體報導，幾掀起全球風暴。原本在美國一顆售價七元美金的價格，由於美國社會福利老人保險在這個月已通過為保險給付藥，價格快速竄升達十五美元之譜，在台灣尚未核准進口，但有祕密管道者貨源無虞，黑市行情有叫價一顆二、三千元。

什麼樣的病人適合使用威而鋼 ？
　　目前已知用威而鋼來治療勃起機能障礙的患者時，有7成左右的成功率，尤其是對於心理因素所引起的勃起機能障礙，治療效果更好。其使用方法是於性行為前一小時服用，並且必須配合性刺激才能有效果。由於威而鋼本身並沒有增強性慾的作用，因此它並不屬於春藥而只是能增強勃起機能的壯陽藥。威而鋼經由口服吸收經過約30至120分鐘後 (平均60分鐘)， 可達到血中最高濃度，

　但究竟威而鋼、犀利士及樂威壯這三種口服治療陽痿藥物，差別何在呢？根據三種藥物病人喜好度的研究，統計結果顯示這三種藥物各有「擁護者」，選擇犀利士的患者，是因為藥效時間長，選擇樂威壯者多數因為藥效比較快，選擇威而鋼的人則是因為勃起硬度夠。基本上三種的成功率都在七成左右，而喜好度跟個人偏好和主觀認定有關。

　另外如不明原因的性功能障礙，還有年事已高對性生活仍有興趣，只要心臟功能正常，房事不要太多也可以有滿意的結果，謝醫師指出，有位七十八歲的老翁，身體健康，希望一個月有二、三次的性生活，威而剛就可以幫上忙。

　威而剛雖然讓許多男性找回自信，但用法正確才能發揮一定的效果。使用時機最好在行房前一小時使用，在一小時時間內因可達到血中濃度，使陰莖充血而剛強，半衰期約四小時，原來就有陽萎情形者可服用一粒一百毫克的劑量，如果原本情形就不錯者，不必太貪求好還要更好，只要服用二十毫克、或五十毫克的劑量即可，否則「過猶不及」，反而吃苦頭。另外應避免與心臟病或抗高血壓藥物同時服用，以免血管擴張、血壓降低、發生危險。

　其實男性「不舉」的原因很多、有的因精神異常如常處於憂鬱狀態，或神經異常如中風、癲癇、或直腸手術、前列腺手術傷及神經者或賀爾蒙異常如兩側睪丸切除之患者，或動脈、靜脈異常者。

　不管性功能障礙原因為何？除了威而剛對部分男性有效外，真正無效者還可藉助傳統的人工陰莖手術，目前問世較新型的充水式人工陰莖，可運用自如，但價格昂貴，連器材及手術費用約需二、三十萬。

　威而剛固然威力無窮，是否會有嗜藥性，或讓使用者產生依賴心理，因問世不久，仍有待時間驗證與觀察。

千呼萬喚 「威而鋼」獲准上市

　【記者蘇宜成台北報導】陽痿治療藥「威而鋼」，終於通過衛生署審核，趕在新年度與國人正式見面。衛生署昨日表示，民眾在六個星期內即可憑醫師處方箋在藥房購得威而鋼。衛署同時警告，患有高血壓、糖尿病、高血脂以及任何心臟疾病的人不可自行服用，否則可能產生無法預期的作用。

　衛生署署長詹啟賢昨天舉行記者會，正式宣布，威而鋼通過上市查驗登記，可做為臨床處方用藥。由於行政作業以及藥廠進貨準備所需，衛生署藥政處估計大約仍需六個星期，民眾才能在市面購得威而鋼。屆時每顆五十毫克劑量的威而鋼售價在四百元以下，每顆一百毫克加倍劑量的售價也在五百元以內。

　藥政處長胡幼圃強調，有需要的民眾，不能買一百毫克的威而鋼「折一半」、當做五十毫克的劑型吃；而必須依據醫師處方箋開立的劑量，購買所需的劑型。

為宣布威而鋼通過審核，衛生署長詹啟賢也首度破例為上市新藥站台。他說，威而鋼的上市，對於有需要的男士是個好消息，希望國內男士從此以後不要再相信坊間不實誇大的壯陽廣告，以免花錢又傷身。
由於國外已有上百例疑似服用威而鋼致死的案例，因此詹啟賢強調，民眾必須依據醫師處方服藥，同時也呼籲服用威而鋼的男士，一切還是要以愛為中心。他強調，惟有因愛而性，才能真正做到威而鋼。

　胡幼圃說，美國食品藥物管理局（ＦＤＡ）審核一種新藥約需十二個月，台灣輝瑞公司是在今年六月十八日將威而鋼的資料送藥政處審核，我國以六個月的時間通過威而鋼的審核，與我國其他藥品審核約需六到九個月的時間而言，對威而鋼的審核，並沒有比其他藥物審查的速度快。
