當10歲兒面前 家暴夫猛砍妻

張姓女子不堪王姓丈夫長期家暴，日前離家出走，並聲請保護令獲准；王男無視法院的禁制令，昨天帶著10歲的大兒子到妻子上班地點騷擾，竟當著大兒子面，持預藏尖刀朝妻子一陣亂砍，還砍傷妻子2同事與1洽公民眾，現場血跡斑斑，被依殺人未遂罪嫌送辦。
張女頭、胸、腹部與雙手多處刀傷，雖然傷口不深，但張女疑患有凝血不全疾病，在醫院因失血過多一度命危，經醫院搶救暫時脫離險境，仍在觀察中；另3名遭砍傷者僅劉姓女子左手臂大動脈被砍斷，經急救後，也已出院返家。
常被打 攜兒女出走
警方調查，在機車行工作的王男(40歲)與在新北市某職業工會工作的張女（35歲）結婚多年，因王男長期對妻子家暴，張女苦不堪言；上月20日王男又痛毆妻子，她忍無可忍，21日上午趁著丈夫帶著大兒子去機車行工作時，偷偷帶著小兒子（9歲）與小女兒（6歲）離家。
張女擔心被丈夫逮到，連娘家也不敢回，在姊姊安排下住到祕密處所，透過姊姊協助報警，申請家暴令。王男返家見妻子與2個孩子不見人影，撥打多通電話哀求妻子回家，前幾天更帶著母親到妻子位於板橋的公司外大鬧，上演時下最夯的日劇《半澤直樹》「土下座」下跪戲碼，驚動附近鄰居報警，最後在警方勸離下，王男才悻悻然離開。
談判破裂 殃及同事
不料，王男昨下午又帶著大兒子來到妻子公司門外找妻子談判，雙方一言不合吵了起來，王男竟當著大兒子面前，持預藏料理尖刀朝妻子一陣亂砍，妻子2名同事與1名前來洽公的民眾上前阻止奪刀，也全都掛彩。
王男犯後自知無路可逃，主動打電話給熟識警方的友人表明：「我殺人了」，然後到海山派出所投案但情緒仍相當不穩，警方訊後依殺人未遂罪嫌將他送辦。
附近鄰居表示，王男不是第1次到妻子公司外大鬧，沒想到這次竟發生憾事！由於大兒子親眼看著爸爸砍殺媽媽，受到不小驚嚇，現已由娘家帶回，警方也通報社會局等單位介入處理輔導。

葉倫獲正式提名 市場多樂見

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】●中國人民銀行（人行）前貨幣政策委員李稻葵指出，葉倫出掌Fed，代表熱錢將進一步湧入中國，人民幣將長期升值，人行貨幣政策調整，恐陷入應該降息抑制熱錢流入，還是升息打壓通膨的兩難局面。
●日本首相安倍晉三經濟顧問濱田宏一也示警說：「葉倫將維持寬鬆貨幣立場，一旦日圓走強威脅日本經濟，日本央行必須採取行動。」
●民幣日圓可能走升
●南韓企劃財政部國際金融政策局局長崔熙男說：「葉倫歷練豐富，作為一名決策官員，她游刃有餘。」

景氣差，企業得裁員縮編的時候，最常用來向員工解釋的做法就是刪減人事，常見說法是什麼？專業、中立的說法又是什麼？
而當主管要通知解雇對象時，要怎麼說會比較好聽呢？請看以下例句：
關鍵用法：
●裁員用語
1、lay off：這是常見說法
例句：The bank is going to lay off 500 staff in Asia to weather the financial crisis.
（為因應金融危機，這家銀行將裁減亞洲區500名員工。）
2、cut down on staff number：這是專業、中立的說法
例句：We're going to cut down on staff number by the end of this year.（今年底我們即將刪減人事。）
3、right-sizing / streamlining：美化表象的版本，有人會用right-sizing，意指合理精簡；或streamlining，指流暢化、精簡化
例句：The company said it is right-sizing the organization to have the right focus on the market. （這家公司自稱正合理精簡組織規模，以便精準聚焦市場。）
●裁員句型
4、You're fired / let go：解雇
通知解雇的直白說法就是大家熟知的You're fired，不過有人認為這句話很狂傲，近來流行的字眼是let go
例句：I am sorry I have to let you go.（抱歉，我必須讓你走。）
5、to be dismissed：免除職務
這是較專業、公事公辦的說法
例句：You have been dismissed from your job.（公司免除你的職務了。）
