國道計程收費預計年底前上路，高公局公布費率，每車每天免費里程20公里，200公里以內每公里收1.2元，超過200公里則每公里收0.9元，以台北到高雄單程342公里計算，計程收費金額為342元，較現行計次收費360元便宜18元。

不過計程收費後，有民眾抱怨要多付錢，相當不滿。對此，交通部長葉匡時表示，少數人會覺得國道計程收費是漲價，但這不是漲價，因為過去已經有太多人占了便宜。

他強調，這是第一次國道全面計程，政策上路之後，兩年後再針對費率和橫向收費全面檢討，但絕大多數人付的錢會比現在便宜。

外界擔心大陸旅遊法施行後，陸客來台觀光人數將減少？移民署3日表示，移民署最新統計顯示，從9月28日至10月2日止，團體及自由行陸客來台人數共5萬7千27人，比去年同期4萬661人來得多，並未受大陸旅遊法影響。

移民署指出，近期陸客來台人數增加，主要受大陸十一長假，帶動觀光熱潮，並非外界指低價團趕旅遊法實施前送件。陸客觀光來台近期送件量暴增，已採短暫權宜措施，即當日配額的申請案件，經審查許可者，於當日下午6時起，即可繳費，下載來台通行證（原本規定2個工作日後，始可繳費，下載來台通行證）。

標題[問題] 美國三星手機帶回台灣可打電話不能上網

想請教一下 我從美國帶回來的Samsung Galaxy S3 verizon的 帶回來 插入台灣中華電信的卡 可以打電話, 卻不能上網(確定行動上網都有打開) 用同張卡插到台灣的同一支Galaxy S3可以上網打電話都沒問題 所以應該是我手機本身的問題 在這邊想請教一下 有辦法在手機上調整什麼頻段或是設定 來讓他可以上台灣的中華電信3G網路嗎？ 在美國4G LTE的也有向下支援3G 可是回台灣能打電話卻不能上3G, 不知道是哪裡有問題 麻煩各位解惑了... 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.130.213
