今年8月以來，多家中外投資機構紛紛調高大陸經濟增長預測，但中共黨報、人民日報2日指出，對於中國經濟前景「不可過於樂觀」。更有學者表示，由於結構性問題沒有解決，大陸7、8月經濟數據好轉只是曇花一現。

今年8月以來，由於各項經濟統計數據都優於外界早前預期，因此各家投資機構紛紛調整對大陸今年第四季及全年的經濟增長預測。

德意志銀行自8月上調大陸經濟增長預測後，9月第二度看好大陸經濟表現，將今年第三季和第四季GDP增長預測分別提高至7.9%和8.0%。

中金公司也在短短10天內兩度上調大陸的經濟增長預期。最終將大陸第三季經濟增速上調至7.8%，全年上調至7.6%。瑞銀、巴克萊也將今年大陸經濟增長預測提高到7.6%。

不過，人民日報指出，不少專家提醒對於中國經濟前景不要過於樂觀。興業銀行首席經濟學家魯政委表示，在持續動態的去產能和去槓桿壓力下，大陸經濟仍將呈現出「慢節奏、弱復甦、會反覆」的區間震盪狀態。

大陸官方1日公布的9月份製造業採購經理指數（PMI）即反映此一特點。大陸9月PMI為51.1，雖是連續第三個月回升，並創下2012年5月以來17個月新高，但僅較8月上升0.1個百分點，不如市場早前預期。

大陸國務院總理李克強9月30日晚間在北京舉行的中共國慶招待會上雖指出，有信心、有條件、有能力實現今年經濟社會發展主要預期目標。但他也強調，大陸經濟正處於轉型升級的關鍵期，還面臨很多困難和挑戰。

大陸和訊網專欄作者周彥武認為，大陸7、8月的經濟好轉只是曇花一現，主要是2012年第三季大陸GDP增長率僅7.4%，是除金融危機時期外，近十年來最差的一個季，因此今年第三季表現會稍好。

但中國經濟的兩大難題：結構性問題和金融領域高槓桿，卻都持續惡化。周彥武表示，結構性問題方面，大陸經濟仍高度依賴固定投資，包括政府的基礎建設投資和房地產投資。

至於金融領域的高槓桿，周彥武稱，中國經濟已對信貸成癮。2007年至2012年間，信貸總額占GDP比例升至190%以上，增加了60個百分點。近期的信貸增長占GDP的比例，更遠高於1980年代的日本或雷曼兄弟破產前的美國所經歷的信貸泡沫。

【吳家翔／台北報導】知名食品大廠接連出包，監院今以外控稽核機制不足糾正衛生福利部。監委程仁宏等人調查發現，近2年來食品廠的轄區衛生局查核次數過低，每次抽驗一種產品，其中統一的產品抽驗才10次、義美產品5種、愛之味1種，光代冷藏食品與德記洋行的產品抽驗則是掛零，程仁宏抨擊產品抽驗次數太少，「廠那麼大，2年來才抽驗1次，根本不是真正的把關」。

國內近來相繼爆發毒澱粉事件、義美產製小泡芙使用過期的大豆植物性蛋白、立光農工公司將含工業添加物原料供應眾多知名食品大廠如統一、光代、愛之味、德記洋行等重大管控闕漏事件，程仁宏說，此已突顯衛生主管機關相關食品安全把關外控機制已失靈。

程仁宏指出，包括統一的5大食品大廠，產製的不同系列產品動輒數十、數百種、累計品項甚至高達數千種，但近2年來衛生主管機關對其日常例行衛生安全稽查次數，卻與小廠相同。程質疑，廠規模大，抽驗更要增加，怎會大小廠都一樣？產品那麼多種，呈現的數據卻沒有針對大廠的數量與種類增加抽查。
