根據英國媒體報導，烏茲別克當局認為，在印尼參加世界小姐選美的烏茲別克佳麗嘉妮伊娃是冒牌貨。選拔烏茲別克小姐的主辦單位表示，確實在7月舉辦選美，嘉妮伊娃奪后冠。

英國多家媒體引述烏茲別克文化及體育部、全國婦女委員會日前表示，任何自稱是烏茲別克小姐的女性都是冒牌貨。伊斯蘭國家烏茲別克也從未舉辦選美比賽，嘉妮伊娃（Rakhima Ganieva）甚至連大學入學紀錄都疑似造假。

而協辦2013世界小姐選拔的烏茲別克小姐主辦單位負責人雅庫普娃（Yakupova R.A.）向中央社記者表示，主辦單位從今年1月開始策劃選美，也和當地模特兒訓練中心等相關團體討論，但都未獲回應，在空等7個月後，由於決賽日期逼近，因此主辦單位於7月20日在塔什干市舉辦選美，18歲的嘉妮伊娃贏得后冠。

雅庫普娃強調，主辦單位去年就不斷嘗試和烏茲別克政府溝通，但都得不到回應，導致無法選出烏茲別克小姐參加2012年世界小姐大賽，避免舊事重演，主辦單位在層層限制條件下舉辦烏茲別克小姐選美，未來也將比照辦理。

對於外界質疑嘉妮伊娃身分造假，雅庫普娃表示，嘉妮伊娃出生於塔什干市，曾經擔任過專業模特兒，是持有護照的烏茲別克公民，她也的確拿到烏茲別克的大學入學許可。

雅庫普娃表示，將於下週舉行記者會，邀請烏茲別克媒體參加，公布嘉妮伊娃所有個資。

【綜合報導】埃及的法官拉希迪14日宣佈，媒體不得旁聽重審前總統穆巴拉克（Hosni Mubarak）的庭審，也不得引述律師談話。85歲的穆巴拉克先前暫時軟禁於開羅的軍醫院中。
 
在2011年發生的埃及反政府示威，約有850人死亡。穆巴拉克被控參與了殺害這些示威者的行動，並在去年6月被判處終身監禁。但是穆巴拉克的辯護律師聲稱，穆斯林兄弟會的伊斯蘭極端分子和外國勢力才是幕後黑手。

【李卉婷／屏東報導】屏東海生館體型最大的邁氏條尾魟，俯看身形似圓盤狀所以又名圓魟，日前海生館在白天發現到兩尾成熟大圓魟正在交配，魟魚用腹部互相磨蹭交配，雄圓魟待在雌圓魟身旁，確保雌圓魟順利受孕才離去，現場人員目睹驚喜不已：「就像在跳圓舞曲一般。」
 
海生館表示，因圓魟通常會在夜間進行交配，館方從資料上能夠知道圓魟的繁殖方式，卻始終沒機會看到交配的過程，這難得的畫面是13年來少數記錄到夜行性軟骨魚類交配的影像，兩尾圓魟交配時，就像在跳雙人圓舞曲般優雅美麗。

（中央社記者周羿伶台北15日電）電影「KANO」今天特地請到戲院看板手繪老師傅簡錫欽 ，現場手繪電影看板，展現難得一見的傳統藝術。 電影「KANO」前導海報今天首度曝光，除導演馬志翔和監製魏德聖到場外，還邀請戲院看 板手繪老師傅簡錫欽，現場精修2公尺高、3公尺寬的手繪電影看板，這個看板將掛在西門 町的電影院1個月。 果子電影公司表示，簡錫欽從事繪製電影海報看板已50多年，當初邀請退休多年的簡錫欽 重出江湖，除電影題材外，他很喜歡「海角七號」和「賽德克˙巴萊」，所以沒有太大困 難。 這次「KANO」的手繪電影看板，簡錫欽憑著電影公司給的電腦設計稿和人物照片，花了4天 ，以細膩筆觸呈現手繪看板的獨特復古風情。 魏德聖說，原想製作復古風的海報，但已有電影有類似風格，可是還是覺得復古很適合這 部電影，於是請簡錫欽手繪。 此外，魏德聖被問到為何沒親自導戲，他說，好的作品要交給適合的人去做，馬志翔懂棒 球，又是導演和演員，當導演更具說服力。 馬志翔則說，現場最大的壓力和助力都來自魏德聖，魏德聖給他很多的空間，在大場面上 也給予意見，他也感謝魏德聖幫助他完成電影。 「KANO」預計明年2月27日全台上映。 http://ppt.cc/ISsu -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136

國民黨今天舉行立法院黨團書記長交接。卸任書記長賴士葆除感謝黨團成員相挺外，也強調國民黨「只要團結沒有通不過的法案」。他提到上會期有兩法案，包括核四公投、服貿協議未過。他也，服貿協議要逐條審查沒有問題，因為國民黨只要團結一致，表決一百次都可以過，無須畏懼。

【晏明強/台北報導】總統府發言人李佳霏表示，台北地方法院針對王金平具狀聲請「定暫時狀態」作出假處分的裁定，在暫時狀態未解除前，馬英九總統將會在尊重司法的原則下，維持原來對王金平院長的稱呼，「這是符合暫時狀態的做法」。她指出，馬英九總統無法接受立法院長關說司法個案，這個立場絕對不會改變。現階段總統和王院長的互動，是以「訴訟照打、政務照推」為原則。
