手機排版見諒 我泰國朋友的公司上個月沒有貨 放了快一個月的無薪假 薪資無法全數發 外勞只拿6500 台灣半薪 低於最低工資 也不願意發薪資單 想請問一下 因公司不給薪資單 我拿不到證據 不然我就在這po來是那家 1 如果我想幫助他代為檢舉可以嗎？ 還是一定要本人？ 2 雖然外勞有1955的管道 那是勞工局 那我打去勞委會有用嗎？ 3 我很想公佈是那家公司 但沒薪資單沒證據 有沒有保護我不被公司告的方法？ 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.207.133.77
