LVMH斥資20億歐元入主Loro Piana

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】義大利喀什米爾毛料服飾大廠Loro Piana將納歸精品集團LVMH旗下。LVMH周一宣布將入主Loro Piana，以20億歐元（25.7億美元）買下8成股權。
 
Loro Piana的頂級喀什米爾毛料服飾廣受亞洲買家青睞，3成營收來自亞洲，近3年業績成長強勁，營收平均年成長率17%，分析師看好有助於帶動核心品牌LOUIS VUITTON（LV，路易威登）展露疲態的LVMH集團業績成長。
 
Loro Piana月前估計，營收繼去年成長逾13%，今年可望續增逾10%至7億歐元。
