小三通虧損嚴重 馬祖業者決定8月停航

馬祖在民國91年起開放小三通，不過在兩岸大三通後，業務量萎縮，現載客率剩2成，馬祖2家船公司不堪虧損，召開股東會決定下個月停航，以減少虧損。交通部航港局在7日表示，業者還未正式提出申請停航，但現階段也不可能提供補貼，一切尊重市場機制。

交通部航港局指出，目前經營馬祖小三通的共有3家業者，馬祖有2家，大陸有1家。根據馬祖日報報導，馬祖小三通業者大和航業、長億航業召開股東大會，決議從今年8月11日起停航。若是馬祖2業者停航後，僅剩大陸1家每天來回1個航次。

馬祖小三通從馬祖南竿的福澳港到福州馬尾，航程約90分鐘，雖然票價為新台幣1300元以上，開放大三通後，馬祖小三通人數就急遽減少，每個月載客約2千多人，業者說開一趟就要賠3萬元，呼籲交通部補貼，並請中國大陸對口港降低靠泊費。

對此，航港局說，小三通不屬離島航線的補貼範圍，交通部不可能補貼，業者要停航，只能尊重，但大陸方面有他們的給業者補貼，所以會持續維持航線，馬祖小三通暫時不會斷。
