蘇力襲台　員山子分洪道預計今凌晨3時排洪

【陳偉周／基隆報導】中颱蘇力襲台，水利署依據氣象局雨量估計，宣布自今晚凌晨3時開始，員山子分洪道堰前水位過63公尺，立即實施排洪，關閉排砂道閘門，將洪水引進東海，減少下游基隆、汐止、社子島等地區淹水災情。
