振興美國經濟　柏南克：仍需低利率政策支撐

【綜合報導】美國聯邦準備理事會(Fed)主席柏南克(Ben Bernanke)，今天在國家經濟研討會上發表演說，表示美國經濟現階段處於高失業率，以及通膨未達聯準會表準，因此仍需聯準會的低利率政策支撐。

柏南克表示，目前美國失業率為7.6%，在失業率降至6.5%以前，都需要聯準會低利率政策支撐，但柏南克也說：「6.5%只是門檻，不是刺激點。」聯準會未來也不排除朝向零利率方向前進。

此外，聯準會可能在下半年減少購買債券，以及在明年年中，結束每月850億美元的買債計劃。

柏南克表示，目前美國經濟仍需低利率政策支撐。美聯社
