國防部：未獲國賠請求書　積極偵辦查案

（軍聞社記者方正廿七日電）針對媒體報導「國防部以國賠模糊焦點」乙情，國防部今日鄭重表示，媒體報導內容絕非事實。

　國防部指出，國防部或陸軍司令部未曾向洪府、新聞媒體說過「將代洪家請求國家賠償一億元」，軍方亦未接獲洪府提出國賠請求書；新聞媒體相關報導絕非事實。

　國防部強調，針對「洪仲丘下士死亡案」，軍檢已積極偵辦，不會包庇涉案人員，證據到哪裡，辦到哪裡，沒有上限。國防部一定會讓真相公諸於世，還洪府公道。
