宏利人壽出售 保戶權益不變

(中央社記者吳靜君台北31日電)宏利人壽表示，台灣分公司有9.6萬多名保戶、17萬多張保單的權益不變。

中信金今天宣布，中信人壽將概括承受宏利人壽台灣分公司的營業、資產與負債，總交易金額約新台幣7.24億元。

宏利人壽表示，統計至6月底約有9萬6000多名保戶(依據要保人計算)、17萬多張保單權益不變。

另外，宏利人壽內勤250多位、外勤人員850多位也全數留任，並保障工作2年。

宏利人壽指出，出售協議還需要取得主管機關核准，相關作業預計於2013年底前完成。

宏利金融今天也指出，將持續透過宏利證券投資信託股份有限公司在台灣服務。宏利投信為宏利金融在台灣獨立經營運作的投信公司，不受出售宏利人壽協議影響。1020731
