想把可愛插畫作成APP照片美編的程式

請問我是一個插畫家，會用電腦畫一些可愛的插畫

如果我想結合手機APP，製作成照片修圖軟體，

像「樂画cute」、Photograd、Pastel Stamp…這種在照片上放小貼圖的軟體

我需要去哪裡找人配合我，讓我知道介面該畫什麼像素尺寸…等，

還有後續上架道APP STORE的問題，之後我也可以更新可愛的小圖

這樣是要找合夥人比較好嗎? 還是有APP程式公司可以處理呢?
