关于在法国餐馆点菜的问题？

各位大大，法国这些咖啡店里点菜时，有3个问题想请教：

1.进到咖啡馆或者bistrot之类的地方后，是自己随便坐，还是要先找服务员，让他安排座位呢？

2.很多餐馆门口的小黑板上写了今天的菜单，点菜时在座位上，还是要走到小黑板前点菜呢，在座位上有没有和小黑板上一样的菜单呢？

3.不懂法语菜单，想点套餐之类的食品有什么好的方式吗？
