北高雄有義大，南高雄也將有大魯閣草衙道！消費型態改變，民眾越來越趨向於購物與餐飲、休閒娛樂結合的複合式消費方式，而業者也相中高雄市城市活力，、看好亞洲新彎區消費潛力，首站插旗大高雄，結合購物、休閒、餐飲、運動、卡丁賽車及遊樂園，將打造「全亞洲最好玩」的購物中心。
