房市╱鬼月沒在怕　推案爆大量　台北人最勇於搶進潛力屋

〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕今天（8/7）是農曆7月1日，也是民間俗稱的鬼門開，以往鬼月一向被國人視為禁忌月份，諸事不宜，房市買氣也較為不振，不過，隨著經濟發展與產業變遷，購屋者對農曆7月的心理層面壓力已逐漸淡化，今年鬼月的推案量就高達1,809億元，創下近10年的最大量，中古屋部分，也愈來愈多民眾趁此時大膽議價，尤其台北市最為明顯。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/vjoSmxS1hcQ" height="1" width="1"/>
