新北熱危害勞檢　7成營造工地不合格

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市勞工局上月針對轄內37處營造工地，進行熱危害勞動檢查，主要針對僱主有無設置勞工休息區與飲水設備查察，發現26處違反規定，違規率高達7成，其中趕著明天啟用的泰山屠宰場也名列其中，亦不乏板橋、三峽等多處學校工地。

勞工局表示，天氣過熱，長期曝曬在太陽下工作的勞工容易中暑，僱主應依勞動法令規範，應設置休息區等遮陽與飲水設備，已通知上述違規業者限期改善，本月中進行複查，若未通過將依法開罰3至6萬元罰緩。
