俄羅斯第2季經濟成長 意外放緩

俄羅斯第2季經濟成長意外減緩，使這個全球最大能源出口國有瀕臨衰退之虞。

俄羅斯聯邦統計局9日公布，第2季國內生產毛額（GDP）較去年同期成長1.2%，遠低於經濟部預測的1.9%及市場預期的2%。

俄羅斯經濟成長意外減速，凸顯全球大宗商品需求不振與內需成長減弱的雙重挑戰。俄羅斯央行同日雖宣布基準利率維持不變，連續11個月按兵不動，但也對經濟表現更加憂心。

倫敦4Cast公司新興市場經濟學家麥提斯（Piotr Matys）說：「俄羅斯第2季GDP令人相當失望，是應實施寬鬆貨幣政策的強烈訊號。海外需求與投資疲弱，仍是拖累經濟的主要因素，但我們預期至今一直是唯一正面動力的消費支出，可能也開始減弱。」
