俄央行維持利率不變 未來不排除降息

俄羅斯央行9日宣布，主要利率維持不變於8.25%，連續11個月按兵不動，但因預期通膨會持續減緩，顯然接下來不排除降息。

俄國央行按兵不動，令分析師大感意外。他們原以為央行鑒於俄國經濟成長降至2008-2009年金融風暴以來谷底，會展開貨幣寬鬆的政策。

俄國央行現由與總統普亭關係匪淺的納比烏林娜（Elvira Nabiullina）主持，卻一直陷於經濟成長低迷和通膨高於今年5.0%至6.0%目標的兩難局面。不過，俄國7月通膨由6月的6.9%降至6.5%，這是央行強調的正面走勢。

央行發布聲明說：「據央行預測，下半年通膨會降回到目標區間，明年也保持下降的走勢。」
