針對陸軍下士洪仲丘猝死案，媒體人張友驊點名542旅旅部連上士范佐憲，「為什麼他至今仍能消遙？因為范佐憲就是542旅政戰主任戴家有放在542旅的細胞、抓耙仔，最大線民」。

張友驊12日在中天新聞《台灣顧問團》節目中說，軍高檢應該去問問戴家有，「范佐憲打了洪仲丘多少小報告？多少事情由他來策動？因為范佐憲要當眼線，所以沒有人動得了他」。

張友驊說，陸軍司令部政戰主任曾有福替范佐憲背書，否認他經營地下錢莊、說他打卡42次「都在營外」，這些種種護范的說詞，究其背後最大的原因，就是因為范佐憲是陸軍團在542旅的政戰細胞，簡稱「抓耙仔」。
