據9to5mac消息，蘋果最新的64位A7處理器可能繼續由三星代工。今(2013)年7月，有人根據iOS 7中的部分代碼，推測A7可能由三星製造。後來又有類似的報導。當然，如果這些證據還不足以使你信服，那麼再來看看iFixit和Chipworks的證據。他們的證據來自對iPhone 5s的拆解。
最近很多人在網上猜測到底蘋果的A7處理器是由誰生產的。我們在21日晚拆解iPhone 5s後找到了答案。而Chipworks更進一步，他們去除了晶片的封裝，證實A7由三星製造，並發現了iPhone 5s內部更多的奧秘。
Chipworks發現，iPhone 5s中的M7處理器是一種non-descript的晶片LPC18A1，由NXP（晶片製造商，曾屬於飛利浦）製造。而繼2年前為iPhone 4S製造攝像頭後，索尼又一次在iPhone 5s的攝像頭製造的競爭中取得勝利，新的攝像頭比原來提升了15%。
搞笑的是，每次有新品發佈時，我們總會看到諸如『由於三星Exynos八核處理器糟糕的表現，蘋果恐怕要另尋A7處理器的製造商了』的頭條。下次如果再聽到這樣的話，我們應該學會一笑而過了。
