【大紀元2013年10月27日訊】（大紀元記者古琴澳洲悉尼編譯報導）10月26日下午，5名女皮划艇愛好者在澳洲塔省一條河中練習時，因撞到水中障礙物而翻船，在警方人員、志願消防者和當地居民的脅助下，遇險女孩全部獲救，無人受傷。

據澳新社消息，5名女子的年齡在13至15歲之間，她們當時是在朗賽斯頓（Launceston）南部的朗福德（Longford）附近，順著南埃斯克河（South Esk River）下劃，後遇到險情。

據警方介紹，其中一名女孩曾短時被水淹沒，之後在朋友幫助下獲救。5人均未受傷，但是每個人心裏著實嚇了一跳。
