【王筱君／台北報導】台中市7期豪宅買氣熱，「台中帝寶」1周穩定有5組簽約戶，成交價每坪突破50萬元；該案大打北部牌，代銷業者甲山林廣告副總徐永仁透露，目前已賣出6成，其中逾7成為台北客。

台中帝寶位於台灣大道第一排，徐永仁比喻，「用新北市房價價格買台中最好地段」，隨著高鐵一日生活圈到位，7期已逐漸發展為商貿發展綜合區，吸引國際人士、兩岸華人進駐。
