28歲 女生 有幸錄取以下兩間公司 請各位提供建議 謝謝 A公司 B公司 規模 6300人 450人 職缺 約聘工程師 正職行政 路程 離家約1.5~2HR 0.5hr 上班 8:00~ ??? 9:00~18:00 時間 供餐 有 無 綁約 無 有/兩年內離職須賠償1~2個月薪水 無簽約金 待遇 差不多 ---- A公司 優點: 名稱響亮 知名血汗工廠 對未來也許會有幫助 也是我有興趣的職位 缺點: 下班時間未知 聽說不常加班 但總是擔心 原職缺的人待了三年依然無法轉正職 位於土城工業區 下班也晚了無法有娛樂 若租屋又是ㄧ大筆費用支出 B公司 優點: 下班時間穩定 很多主管都有進修 缺點: 綁兩年約的問題 聽說公司文化死版 畢業至今一直都是在做同類型的工作 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.59.83.15
