excel 尋找與取代問題求助，贈點20，感恩！

請問：

如題，因為我有一份客戶資料，上萬筆吧，地址欄如下：

台北市大同區玉泉里7鄰延平北路１段? 號檢視圖片

台北市大同區甘谷街 ? 號4樓檢視圖片之1

台北市大同區保安里16鄰哈密街 ? 號三樓檢視圖片

地址欄是不規則的，當初建立時就是這樣了。

有的是台北市**區**里**鄰**路

有的是台北市**區**路

1.因為我要寄出資料，想簡化**鄰**里(因為加了鄰里會過頁面會過長)

2.在這份不規則的資料中，我想把地址鄰里的部分刪除，請問我該如何做了？

3.或是說，我想找任何一個欄位中，第幾個字元，插入或刪除要如何完成。

因為，不規則所以也不法用指定欄寬做資料分析。滿傷腦筋。

先聲明，請不要告訴我下函數喔，因為我的功力是幼稚園級的喔，拍謝。
