許知遠、高金素梅 驚傳分手一年多

中國作家許知遠曾與立委高金素梅傳出「姐弟戀」，但今天驚傳兩人已經分手一年多。許知遠受訪時低調避答，僅說「這是私事」。

2011年11月，媒體報導，高金素梅與內政部長李鴻源分手後，與小她11歲的許知遠傳出愛的火花，這段「姐弟戀」引發外界關注。

許知遠晚間舉行新書座談會，邀請民進黨前主席施明德對談，他與高金素梅的戀情也成場邊焦點，座談會主持人李雪莉透露，許知遠在台灣談了一場戀愛，也在台灣失戀了。

李雪莉私下向記者證實，許知遠與高金素梅在自然狀況下分手，兩人已分手一年多，但現在還是好朋友。

會後記者追問許知遠分手一事，許知遠面露尷尬，不願回應此事，直說「這是私事，不可以講」，因為李雪莉跟他是好朋友，所以李才把這件事情講出來。
