整修凸槌　台南鶯料理沒樓梯

【胡治言／綜合報導】台南市府斥資1千5百萬整修「鶯料理」，但整修後卻沒有樓梯可上2樓，無法再利用，讓人傻眼。

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，台南「鶯料理」曾是日本大正年間全府城最高級的料亭，因年久失修崩塌。台南市府去年斥資1千5百萬元修繕，原訂將於月底開放，卻因整修後的鶯料理沒有樓梯，無法再利用，讓接手的文化局傻眼，也成為老屋活化「凸槌」的例子，目前市府正變更地目進行補救中。
