幫朋友代PO 朋友是個女生 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 我考慮人資或是生管工作... 我比較想做人資的工作(我非人資本科系) 但是目前面試的人資及生管工作，生管薪水高了人資6-8K 目前已經有生管通知錄取...我有點猶豫... 該不該放棄這個生管工作等待人資的工作通知或其他的面試機會呢？ 希望大家能給我建議... 想問以下問題 1.爬版看過非人資所本科系...要進入人資的領域要有運氣 如果能有進入人資的機會是否該好好把握，先不要在乎薪水呢？ 2.進入人資領域有了幾年經驗以後再跳大公司的人資比較容易 還是先進入大公司生管領域之後轉行政方面的職缺較容易呢？ 3.生管的工作...女生會不會比較不容易上手，比較不適合做呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.51.224
