寄黑函指同事不適任　海科大教授判刑4月

【王吟芳／高雄報導】高雄海洋科技大學張姓副教授不認同同系楊姓教師的教學方式，竟指示學生寄黑函到海科大各教學行政單位，指控楊師「恣意公開學生考卷」、「希特勒恐怖式監考方式」、「不適任教師」等。高雄地院今依誹謗罪判張師4月徒刑，得易科罰金12萬元。

判決指出，2011年5月間，張師指示林姓學生購買信封郵票，將數十封記載楊師不適任的黑函，委由8名同學分寄校內各行政單位，張男雖否認要學生幫忙散發信件，但學生均證稱受張師指示寄信，且內容貶損楊師人格，已逾越合理評論範圍，觸犯誹謗罪。
