機皇搭軟螢幕 三星蘋果再等

（中央社台北23日電）產業消息指出，由於產能不足，三星電子下一代機皇Galaxy S5預料將極度不可能搭載曲面顯示面板「Youm」。

英文「韓國前峰日報」（Korea Herald）報導，首爾Eugene Investment & Securities分析師金鍾炫（Kim Jong-hyun）表示：「軟性螢幕目前的產能不足，難以供應預訂明年問世的Galaxy S5的需求。三星將於明年稍晚推出搭載曲面螢幕的Galaxy變體機型，而非旗艦機皇。」

為配合這項計劃，三星電子公司（SamsungElectronics Co.）延至明年初投資生產曲面OLED面板的A3生產線。

目前三星的5.5代產線，每月可投入8000片基板生產50萬片應用於智慧手機的軟性螢幕，良率達30%。根據消息人士指出，一旦投資A3產線，明年稍晚產能將上看100萬片。

三星Galaxy Round搭載的電池不能彎曲，顯示器則採用了玻璃與塑膠二種材質，據稱這款產品在南韓本土僅賣出5萬支。

蘋果（Apple US-AAPL）下一代機皇iPhone 6預料也不會搭曲面顯示器，因唯一的曲面螢幕供應來源三星顯示器（Samsung Display）與樂金液晶顯示器公司（LG Display）甚至也無法符合他們的需要。

樂金液晶顯示器的4.5代產線每月可處理1萬2000千塊基板，樂金液晶顯示器的面板產能不如三星。

新韓投資公司（Shinhan Investment）分析師約翰．徐（John Seo）表示：「蘋果要在明年採用曲面螢幕有些困難，2015年比較可行。」（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1021223
