狂風暴雨來襲 英、法「平安夜」不平安

英、法兩國的平安夜卻極不平安！24日如颶風來襲般的強風暴雨，打亂了英、法的運輸網及電力供應，並至少造成6人死亡。英、法海底隧道兩頭的風速達到每小時145公里，加上傾盆大雨，造成四處淹水、交通壅塞，鐵路、航班及渡輪都被迫停駛。
