請教為何不鏽鋼茶壺會有濃濃的口水味?

公司有一只牛頭牌不鏽鋼茶壺
大約用了半年到一年的時間
一.二個月前,開始出現倒 熱水 時會出現口水味
倒 冷水 時不會出現此味道

後來我發現
其口水味不是在壺內
而是在壺嘴

我有用較不易刮傷不銹鋼的杯璃杯專用菜瓜布,伸進壺嘴內刷洗過
但不僅沒效果,口水味好像更濃了

想請教各位,為什麼會這樣?
壺還能用嗎?

PS.

之前也是買牛頭牌的壺,
用了幾年後,壺內變鐵鏽色而不敢用,
才換買這個
如果再買新的
因為壺都是我買的
我怕老闆的媳婦會抓狂
(之前打錯一張標籤(一張新台幣一元)就抓狂了,
她自己打錯就揉成小小的看不到丟掉)
