高鐵炸彈案 胡宗賢判刑22年

國內首宗高鐵炸彈案宣判，新北市地方法院審理高鐵與立委助理服務處爆炸案，主嫌胡宗賢判刑22年、共犯朱亞東判處12年。

去年4月12日，律師胡宗賢為了製造重大傷亡、社會混亂，以放空股市從中獲利，夥同開計程車的朱亞東在高鐵北上列車上放置兩個行李爆炸裝置，所幸經發現後未引爆。

兩人再趕往新北市土城區立委盧嘉辰服務處放置2個行李爆炸裝置，所幸這2顆炸彈也因為技術問題而未引爆。

兩人隨後逃往大陸，不過4月14日在召妓過程中遭到大陸公安逮捕，6月遣送回台。
