標題[問題] 車禍理賠問題

事故發生原因是 我從圓環準備右轉離開圓環 有一台機車從左斜後方 撞上我的車頭 事發的時候 我沒發現他 而他車速不慢 應該是說雙方都有責任 但責任歸屬還不清楚 我本身是車頭有破損 對方有沒有保險不清楚 但因為我有保車碰車險 所以我這邊是都ok 我的問題是 因為對方有受傷(手腕拉傷 加上他是從事必須常常用到手腕的工作) 加上年紀又小 所以我在接洽車禍理賠的時候 可以主張用我的第三人責任險幫對方支付修車費嗎? 還是這要留給保險廠商自己去判斷? 還有會因此調整保費嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.22.79.11
