桃園一名薛姓男子因受朋友委託將1把貝瑞塔手槍和13發子彈，變賣現金11萬元，而四處兜售槍彈；只是沒想到最後竟找上警方兜售，而在交槍時當場被捕。

根據了解，薛男在被警方逮捕後一度謊稱槍支和子彈是在大樓樓梯間拾獲，但未獲警方採信，經訊問後才供出是受朋友所託，將槍彈變賣11萬現金。

不過，不論槍彈是怎麼來的，薛男在訊問後還是被警方依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例罪嫌移送法辦。
