科技業互不挖角案3億多美元和解

Google、蘋果、Pixar Animation、英特爾、Adobe系統被集體控告互不挖角案，23日初步達成和解，和解金3億2450萬美元 (台幣97億3500萬元)，提告的將近六萬名高科技員工每人可能分到四千美元，確實數目將視他們各人在訟案內容所說四年期間的薪資而定。代表他們提出控告的一名員工對初步和解金的數額已有異議，舊金山聖荷西一個聯邦法院定6月19日開庭聽證。原告律師要求30億美元賠償，另外又提被告違反反托辣斯法，後面這一條如果成立，這些公司最高可能被判罰90億，如此則員工每人平均獲得少則五萬美元，多則15萬美元。
