掌摑女護理師 王貴芬判刑5個月定讞

桃園縣蘆竹鄉代王貴芬掌摑長庚醫院女護理師案，高院昨天開庭，王貴芬透過律師表示願撤回上訴，全案因而確定，王貴芬將被依傷害和公然侮辱罪判刑5月，易科罰金30萬元定讞。

記者昨天電話採訪她，王貴芬講話聲音微弱，自稱生病且媽媽身體不好，她無力再打官司，決定接受判決，想辦法籌錢繳納易科罰金。

李姓女護理師另提的附帶民事賠償300萬元及要求王女在報上刊登道歉啟事案，目前仍在桃園地院民事庭審理。
