北市競選最高金額 8769萬

正當台北市長參選人為競選經費上限交火之際，中選會已排定本月15日，審查今年底7合1選舉競選經費最高金額，依公職人員選罷法為依據，以台北市5月底總人口數，計算出台北市長參選人的競選經費最高金額為8769萬元。

中選會官員表示，選罷法明文規定競選經費最高金額，超過最高金額雖不會被罰款，但參選人以競選最高金額為基礎，扣除捐獻金額後，如屬自有選舉經費，可做為個人綜合所得稅寬免扣除額，可獲租稅減免。

中選會官員說，8月21日中選會發布選舉公告後，各候選人即可依選罷法第41條，計算出市長、市議員、縣長、縣議員等競選經費的最高金額。
