鄭捷殺人案 新北檢今偵結

〔自由時報記者李忠憲／新北報導〕新北地檢署偵辦鄭捷涉嫌台北捷運4死殺人案，經檢方近2個月密集約談調查，並委由台大醫院為鄭捷做精神鑑定，鑑定報告已送達地檢署，檢方偵查作業隨即收尾，預定今天偵結起訴。

檢方調查，今年5月21日鄭捷在北捷板南線龍山寺站往江子翠站過程中，在車廂內犯下4死24傷隨機殺人事件，22日遭收押偵辦，今天是羈押期限最後一天。

檢警原打算速偵速結，但媒體廣泛報導，認為鄭捷犯行太冷酷，異於常人，若未考量鄭捷有無精神疾病即偵結，恐遭人權團體質疑，故基於兩公約精神進行精神鑑定。檢方一度擔心來不及趕在羈押期限結束前結案，本月17日先向新北地院聲請延押2個月獲准。
