放暑假拚命LINE　11歲童頸僵硬如上班族

暑假期間，各家醫院看肩頸痠痛的年輕病患增多，因長時間滑手機、打電玩，造成肩頸痠痛。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，成大醫院復健部最近接到一名11歲患者，常用手機通訊軟體LINE聊天，頸部疼痛到連頭也跟著痛，醫師發現他的肩頸肌肉僵硬得像4、50歲的上班族。醫師建議滑手機最好放在高一點的位置，抬頭、挺胸、縮下巴與小腹，每次不要超過20分鐘。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
